Dry Season Baseflow

The dry season baseflow period represents the low magnitude, low variability portion of the water year. The dry season baseflow functional flow component includes the following suite of metrics: dry season start timing, dry season magnitude, dry season duration, and the number of days with 0 cfs flow during the summer baseflow period.
